Pull the switch, and watch the three orbs light up, then three buttons activate. In front of the door to the Control Room you will find a switch next to some glowing tubes in the ground. Creating a custom character unlocks an Achievement, but as you have to create several custom characters for the quests in the Laboratory, don't waste time fiddling around with the machine right now. In the background of the main room you will find the Character Creation machine. This hallway leads to the VR Missions chair, where you can attain several Gold Bricks and Character Tokens. The Laboratory is one large room with a small hallway extending out from the left side. That is because this screen counts the quest you are required to complete during Story Mode to unlock Plastic Man and proceed through the game. ![]() The completion screen for the Watchtower shows 11 Quests, but there are only 10 available. Completing Quest #1: Permission to Launch, will unlock another slideways teleporter, taking you to the Moon Base. If you go to the right, you find the doors to the Trophy Room and the Hangar. To the left you will find the doors to the Laboratory and the Containment Cells. There are four doors leading deeper into the Watchtower. (Note that you can reach the Batcave, the Hall of Justice, and the Watchtower from anywhere by pressing and selecting the location from the computer after traveling there once.) The one to the left leads to the Batcave, and the one to the right heads to the Hall of Justice. On either side of the door leading to the Control Room are two slideways teleporters. There are two exits from this room one in the back right that leads to the Green Room (don't go here yet), and one in the front left that leads to the Central Hub of the Watchtower. Use the main computer to pick a level (either to replay the Story or Free Play). This is where you begin when you start the game. ![]()
